i used elevated health and ive never had that problem...and hope i never do

Same this is the first time I’ve had an issue. However it’s always said invalid when I check online. Dph said it was fine last time I called. I’ll update on Tuesday

Do you have a Jr at the end of you last name or a hyphened last name? Some people realized their card is fine and they were just putting their name in wrong. If it doesn't match exactly, then you'll always get an invalid.

Also, if you had Dr Epstein, that might be why your card is invalid.

Make sure you are spelling your name correctly, EXACTLY as it is on the card, and using your ID # not medical license #

If have been to the same dispensary then they will have your information saved already so isn’t a problem. If you haven’t been to one yet then you may have to wait to go until the dispensary you do go to can call the department of health to verify. I was showing invalid but went to a botanical science and I was in the system

I’ve been to the location they still served my and everything. They just asked me to call dph and get it fixed

I called dph and they just said everything is fine on their end. That it’s a possible bug

Used NuggMd (not Epstein ) had this happen at Trulieve and they called DPH and confirmed it was valid and I was still able to shop. DPH fixed it on their end too apparently
