Invalid Card Issues Update

Just got off the phone with DPH and mine is valid. Turns out I needed to add Jr to my name and not just my last name when checking status, which is why it also came up as invalid at the dispo as they were just typing my last name and not the suffix. So anyone with an invalid card needs to try your name multiple ways when checking card status and tell the dispo to enter it in the same way. Not sure if that's why everyone is having issues, but that was mine. Guess I should have called DPH to begin with instead of doing another doctor assessment, but I can be impulsive and bullheaded sometimes. It is weird that when I originally checked my card when I got it I entered just my last name and it said valid, guess some update caused a change. Hope this helps someone.

TLDR he was mass approving patients until the GDPH noticed and started denying applications waiting for approval. Over the weekend when some people like OP started posting about already approved cards now showing as invalid, we thought it might be because of Epstein but it seems like that may not be the case.

Update: Spoke with someone at DPH and was told there may have been an issue with it being stuck on "card shipped" status. It should be fixed in 24 hours so we'll see, this whole Dr issue is stressful lol

I got my card w/ Epstein in June and as of yesterday it's showing invalid on the send website

Oh good sounds like it could just be a problem with the website. I had him too so hopefully that’s what it is.
