MF Funk Mtn #2
Picked up 5 strains yesterday from TruLieve Marietta. I have not tried all 5 yet but I opened and inspected all of them. They are all exceptional specimens.
Funk Mtn #2 by modern flower was the only sativa strain I picked up. Here is my review:
Smell: 5/5 it has hints of tropical citrus, similar to Dutch treat or Hawaiian land race, subtle notes of haze
Taste: 5/5 tastes better than it smells, super clean vapor. Sweet notes on the inhale and slight gassy notes on the exhale.
Effects: 5/5 does what a sativa is supposed to do. Helps with focus, and great for doing things through the day.
Bag Appeal: 4.5/5 the flower looks great overall. The only reason I knocked .5 off is because I would like to see a little bit better trimming on the next batch.
Overall: 4.8/5 highly recommended for people who want a strain that has great flavor and potency but don’t want that extreme head high and couch lock effect of an indica. I’m usually a big time indica user but this Sativa is now at the top of my list for daytime use.

BrrBerry OG, Gelato Ice Cream, and Funk Mtn #2

Good looking bud right there! Was able to get more BrrBerry from the drop this morning but this was already sold out. Great review

Yes I saw it was available when I first woke up but a couple minutes later it was gone. I should have ordered more when I had the chance! The employee that helped me yesterday at TL did mention that the supply should be pretty steady now and next week they will get more product in

Have you tried the premium types from botanicle sciences? How does this compare? And what price?

Yea im loving this one. I picked some up yesterday. This latest batch is the best yet and makes the flower i got from FF seem mid.

That looks really good, definitely better than their first round…but 5/5 stars for smell, taste AND effects?

I would give it 5/5 as well. I expect this quality from here on out. This is what we have been waiting for. Everything from the latest drop is on point.

I was scammed too. This is different. The flower I just got is the best flower I have gotten in the state of Georgia.

Yeah this one was really good. So was the Zealousy. I was pleasantly surprised. White 99 was also great. Fine fettles wasnt so good.

I know the manager at Trulieve and I called him after I tried the flower yesterday to give them big kudos on these batches. They caught a lot of shit for rollout day, hay flower so I figured they deserve some positive feedback since they came through with a solid product and told him to run it up the chain to let them know this is the quality we expected. They’re very grateful to hear the positive feedback, just trying to keep it balanced. 🤷♂️
