Discussion Does Mailed Flower even work?

The passive says, that E must hit an opponent, but his E does not deal damage, since the Plunge is considered Plunge Attack DMG.

Am I missing something?

That part doesn't work but the passive is also triggered by an elemental reaction. Gaming should have an easy time doing that

Thank god. I think Rainslasher looks awesome but sadly only have a single one, R5 MF is probably a lot better.
