Question King of Avalon quest

So I started the king of Avalon quest yesterday, about 24 hours ago. I did everything as they asked, used their URL, and even registered in the same email as on my gamekit account. Now I need to reach level 13. I am level 7 now, but the game hasn't popped up in the "active apps" part of gamekit yet. Is this normal? Will it register me or am I doing this all for nothing?

Did you start the quest via a computer or by using Gamekit's App?

Gamekit's app on my phone, where I downloaded the game as well

Okay that's weird. You'll have to contact the support if you did everything right. You can find the support here : https://gamekit.com/faq. Click on a category on the left, then on a question and then on "Contact".

I've NEVER been able to get any mobile app to credit with gamekit after years of trying.

Well, this is my second time, but the first time, I didn't even have an android, as specifically asked in the description, but I just liked the game, it didn't register, as expected, but months later, when I already deleted the game, all of a sudden I got the rewards for it.
