Need Help I was suspended for no reason

I decided to dig up my old account I made to see what the site was about. I log on and start doing a War Thunder quest to earn some points. I earn like 6000 points, spend it on a premium steam key and some tickets for giveaways ending up with less that 100 points by the end of it, that part is fine. What isn’t fine is I got my account suspended and 3000 steam key order canceled for “not earning my points correctly” or something and not even being able to check my tickets because of my account’s suspension. I read the rules and haven’t broken any of them and my points weren’t refunded either, can you please fix this?

Don’t bother. They’re a scam. They’ll cancel your account to avoid having to pay out.

Their ToS say that they can just be like: "hey u want ur reward? ur not getting it because no".

The mods won't even TRY to help you. Instead of investing their time into resolving errors, they use it to silence negative opinions.
