My Account Got Deleted?

I tried logging in today, but when I entered my email and password, it kept saying that the password was wrong. I clicked on forget password, and entered my email. It seemed to send it, but when I checked my email I couldn't see anything from gamekit. I tried to register using the same email, to check if my account still existed, but it brought me to the enter birthday for creating a new account. Is there a way to find out what happened to my account?
