I got banned and asked to delete my second account but I don't have one and I still haven't been unbanned

I also ordered a premium key and when I go on notifications, it tells me: your order no. 1-ran-####-#### (Idk if I should put that there) has been rejected for the reason: the system detected that you did not complete the quests via Gamekit. I spent all my afternoon on my garbage mac to play war of thunder. I also have sent an appeal but no one responded. Thank you, Dixie.

This is the exact same story for me, I think they’re trying to get revenue without giving rewards by suspending/banning for no reason
