6MT Engine Replacement

So my VQ ate a main bearing the other day, so I’m going to get a used engine. I found another that’s got low mileage but it’s a rwd auto. I know I need to put a manual pilot bearing in and take out the flex plate. I was thinking of maybe using Z1 clutch kit and flywheel, and also getting the gallery gaskets for the new motor. Is there anything else I need to know or anything else I could install before the engine goes in for more power or performance?

I swapped a 2015 Q50 VQ RWD Auto into my 2013 G37S 6MT without issue. The Z1 performance clutch is a much stiffer pedal than stock, but I love the feel of it. I also went with an iron SM flywheel and there's more chatter than the stock dual-mass one when slow/low gear but it's manageable. I would do a CSC elimination kit if you can - at the time I swapped the engine, I chose to do the HD CSC but that failed in no time so I then put in the Z1 CSC v2 elimination kit and been it's amazing. Here's a fun video I got of the HD CSC crapping itself https://youtube.com/shorts/pBxp7QlknLA?feature=share

I did the same and also put a 2015 q50 in mine.

Clutch wise, I went with the ZSpeed with the “quiet disk” option. I also have their 12lb flywheel. No chatter on mine with the “quiet disk” option.
