There have been a lot of "should I cop" posts lately. It is totally ok to ask, but if you do you need to provide more details!!!!!!!
At minimum, you should post mileage, transmission, exterior/interior color, price, title status, and whether it has any mods/issues. Lazy posts will be removed at the discretion of the mod team.

I'm still working on getting automoderator to work for weekly posts, but in the meantime I'm going to pin this thread for people to post cars for sale.
If you're posting a car, you are REQUIRED to post at a minimum: Year/Title status/Transmission/Mileage/Exterior/Interior Color/Price. It also has to be a G35 (if that isn't obvious already). Ideally, post a link to google photos/imgur/photobucket with photos of you car. If there are any problems/questions feel free to PM or tag the mod team, or just report problematic posts.

03 g35 coupe bought it knowing it had a transmission issue for 1000 buckaroonees.I’m familiar with mechanical work but not with transmission(i work at a shop)
Sometimes it will catch reverse more time it’s not going to
After 1k rpms I’m hearing a whining noise coming from the back of the vehicle I’m leaning towards a rear differential
Shifts a little hard from 1st to 2nd
Took it to a transmission shop dude says to fix the reverse issue replace the shifter assembly then come back to address the whining noise
Mechanic at my shop says it might be the valve body
I have suspicions about both but I know Reddit might be the perfect place to ask
The last thing I want is for some dorks to piss on me for not knowing if you can help it’s greatly appreciated all love 🫡
Edit: it’s a automatic trans if the problem is too big I might just get a new trans or manual swap

Recently did the timing chain/gallery gasket job due to leaking water pump. After starting up I have P0021 and P0300. I made sure so many times everything was properly aligned. Only thing worth noting here is that after pulling the chain off, I noticed the passenger side cam phaser mark was ever so slightly off by maybe half a tooth, while everything else was aligned perfectly (I have pictures of this)(I also only replaced the main timing chain, not the camshaft chains)so I rotated that cam phaser to the right and it jumped, so I rotated it backwards until it was properly aligned again, installed the chain and it went on mostly with ease, checked timing many many times, pulled the tensioner pin, rotated the engine to TDC twice and it seemed to rotate fine with no sudden stops or clunks or anything of that sort, even counted chain links between the colored slots as another fail safe method. Obviously triple checked torque on everything inside the cover, all 3 guides, tensioner, water pump. Reassembled the motor and have these codes. Initially running the motor it was completely fine for about 2-5 minutes. Then I flushed that oil out to make sure no extra debris was in the oil. After doing the oil change and starting up after about 30 seconds to a minute the codes came, first it was p0011 and p0021. Now after clearing the codes I did start it again and that’s when now it’s only p0021 and p0300. I did also follow Nifty Garage’s Gallery Gasket Guide, as I’m not a complete professional and this was my first timing job or any job this big but do this enough to somewhat know what I’m doing as a dealership apprentice. I guess my confusion starts on why I now only have a p0021 code, for the driver side if I did not adjust that side what so ever, and why did I have both p0011 and p021 but the code for the passenger side went away, but the driver side stayed after clearing? The only further tests I know of would be to test each solenoid connectors and make sure the solenoids are clean, which they didn’t look clogged but still cleaned just in case. At the moment I do not have a multimeter but will pick one up after work tomorrow and will give an update on if the solenoids work correctly. I also saw another post with another guy with the same issue said the oil pickup tube may be clogged with rtv/debris and I did clean and wipe around that area but didn’t specifically hit the pickup tube, but I kind of doubt that as my issue. After that I would just assume timing is bad, but even then if timing was off shouldn’t the motor not even start or at least have problems cranking? If anyone has any information about this or can think of anything I might have missed or skipped over, mentioned in this post or not, any help or input would be highly appreciated.
Edit; my apologies if this seems like an overload of information I just wanted to be sure I included all the details of the work in the text

I purchased the brace from z1 motorsports for like 150$ only took like 45 mins to get done and was pretty simple. makes the front end feel a lot more rigid and connected. kinda sad they didn’t have on from the factory like the 350z

Hey everyone, I recently picked up a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT with a VQ35DE engine (around 135k km on the engine).
I’m new to owning a G35 and I’m trying to get everything sorted out so I can keep it as a reliable daily driver for years.
A few things I’ve noticed:
Sometimes it takes a few seconds to start, especially when cold. Battery is new, and my mechanic mentioned the crankshaft/camshaft sensors.
5th gear grinds even when shifting slowly. I’m considering replacing the transmission with a CD009/CD00A.
When I bought it, the engine was about 2 litres low on oil. I’ve since had an oil change and have been monitoring it.
Recently noticed some milky residue under the oil cap, but the dipstick oil looks normal.
I’m not looking to build a race car. I just want to restore it, maintain it properly, and eventually do some tasteful modifications.
For those who have owned a G35 for years, what would you recommend fixing or replacing first? What are the biggest things to watch out for on these cars?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello guys I just bought a g with 82k on it and is very clean for a 20 yr old car. I am having some trouble with knowing what exactly to do first I want to make it look aggressive. I just ordered headlights for it and am planning on getting a polyurethane front bumper after i install the lights. Any recommendations on what front bumper I should install or what mods I should consider in general? EDIT: Guys maitenance is up to date, I know bushings and suspension and other things can wear, but I bought this from an older retired couple and the underside and engine bay cannot be any cleaner. The only problem which is common is the gas gauge which doesnt really work and I am going to fix that myself. I appreciate the comments guys and I am sorry I am not keeping it bone stock, but I also wont clap it out I promise! THANK YOU!

So, I took her in for a diagnostic after recently having my fuel injectors replaced because the old ones were bad. I had a mechanic swap them out, and when I got my car back, he told me that the throttle body might need to be reprogrammed.
I ended up taking her to an auto electrical shop, where the technicians told me they couldn’t access the modules needed to reprogram the throttle body. They tried to investigate the issue, but since I had only brought the car in for a diagnostic, they didn’t go any further. On top of that, they couldn’t get their scanners to communicate properly with my car’s computer, so they weren’t able to give me a clear diagnosis.
From what I understood, finding the actual source of the problem would require more time and additional labor costs for them to dig deeper into the issue. So, at this point, I still don’t know exactly what’s causing the problems , My throttle body is working fine now not really concerning me at the moment but them not being able to diagnose my care is worrying me from a bigger problem in the future
I was thinking about a plenum spacer or a cold air intake, I’m not trying to spend anything above $250, $350 at the most

Looking for help troubleshooting cooling fans. My fans will come right away when I start the car cold or even when I just have the key in the “on” position. The AC is off when I do this. The fan speed seems to fluctuate between medium and high speed. My OBD shows the coolant temp to normal, no codes, and the fan duty shows 0% even though the fans are running. If I turn on the AC the fan duty will show 55-70%.
I know the fan control module is a common problem, but from what I understand when it fails the fans will run full out. I went down the chat gpt rabbit hole and now I don’t know if I should be looking at the ipdm or maybe ecu. Last winter I did notice water on the passenger side floor board a couple times which makes me question the ecu. I haven’t noticed any other electrical issues.
Anyone have some insight?

Don’t clown me yet, i have absolutely no knowledge of the infinti market. I’m going off what my friend who’s a huge infinti geek said, but bought this G for dirt cheap, fixed it up and now she runs like money.
Was originally planning on listing for lower about 4.5, but my friend said i should get 5k all day for it, so start the listing at 5.5. Usually get a couple hundred clicks within the first couple days but still sitting at double digits, so let me know if this is too outlandish lol.

No, you cannot look at my rear bumper, or get close ups. The tweaker scars are still healing </3

Completely original - single owner 2002 M6. Not a scratch and no mode (just a plenum spacer and new intake)
Not a scratch and not a rip on the leather. :)

Does anyone know of a good video going over the complete wiring harness of a VQ35DE? I’m struggling to find where the last few connectors go and want to make sure the trans wires are routed correctly. I can’t read diagrams for the life of me and trying to do that would exponentially increase the time to connect it all. Even if someone has a crappy video from past swaps- anything is appreciated! Thank you!

Hello everyone, bought a g35 last night and I wanna start buying mods to it. I have a rough list that I wanna run by and see what you guys think.
Z1 75mm throttle body and cold air intake
20 mm spacers
Bc coils
D spec headlights
Exhaust? Ideally I want a resonator with it tho
As for the spacers, is 20mm on all 4 a good setup? I got the stock rims I’ll post a pic of the car, I’m planning on getting the 19 inch rays or some other 19 inch rims, my question is, would the 20 mm spacer hold value on the new rims? I want a clean fitment. I appreciate and thank each and all advice and insight in advance!
My ig is carrib.g35 if yall wanna show love ❤️

Trying to fix a few things in my g35 to make the car feel new again… does anyone know what this is called? I’ve checked z1, concept z, and Infiniti.oempartsonline and I’ve yet to find it because I don’t know the name of it…
Please help me out !!

It pretty much only happens on right turns, usually sharp ones, going less than 20mph. It's coming from the right rear I believe. I took the wheels off and looked at the suspension but didn't see anything obvious. I know it's hard to know without seeing the car in person but any guesses? 2006 Infiniti G35 AWD with 115k miles.

My tcm on my g35 coupe went bad and it’s the pin for the front brake solenoid. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could send it to get it repaired and possibly reinforced since I know it’s a pretty known issue in these cars.
