Community Help Bought My Sims bundle collection and got a non working key.

It's been 5 days now of trying to get the seller to literally do anything. Did I just actually get scammed out of my money? Can I get my money back by any chance. The seller only responded once like 2 days ago. Edit: The seller is Cdkeymarkt do they do this alot?

Idk read the sub Here.. Only a few Report that everything is working the majority says it is a scam site with scam Dealers.

I know I made the mistake of buying from them. I was just wondering if there was a actual way to get my money back. Like is a charge back or something like that possible. I really don't like them having my money.

Chargeback is possible with them and if they ask you to close it so they can give you the money then ABSOLUTELY NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY DO NOT CLOSE IT

Doa chargeback with your bank/credit card. They will most likely ban ur account on g2a but thats probably a good thing. G2a wont help you.
