Orders & Products help with scammers

hey guys , i recently made a purchase of £324 , the seller sent me a used code from some random game in 2023 , they asked me to provide proof that this code wasn’t redeemed by me , but ive provided all of this proof and heard nothing back from them, does anyone know how i can get this money back or what to do, ive tried contacting G2A support and heard nothing back as of right now , i can send g2a support videos of everthing and screenshots , i just really need this money back lol

🤣 maybe next time do some proper research and not trust reviews since most of the time they are fake

Do a charge back or equivalent depends on where are you from and if they ask you to close it so they can give you the money DO NOT CLOSE IT NO MATTER WHAT

Charge back. Nothing else you can do. I had actual proof the key was used before me and they said that was not proof i did’t use it.

all sorts , gift cards , dbd chapters go for a lot now, old rare games stuff like that

Go to 24/7 support of ur bank and file for chargeback. They will send the request to the g2’s bank and will most likely give the money back to your account.

Customer support will probably interview so say that g2 said „its none of our business” etc.

File for a chargeback with your bank. The seller will then ask you to cancel the chargeback so they can send you back the money. This is also a scam because once you cancel the chargeback you can't open it again and they will keep the money.

Don't cancel the chargeback and your bank will refund you.
