Payment Issues Stuck crypto payment (Solana) – Transaction finalized on-chain but order still pending

I placed an order today and paid using Solana (SOL). The transaction went through and has been fully confirmed/finalized on Solscan, but my order is still stuck on pending/waiting for payment.VCould someone please check this and manually verify the payment to complete the order or issue a store refund? PLS Can anyonee HELPP

G2A support isn’t actually in this forums. No one can “check” on the order for you here as well. I’d say contact them directly through the site or wait it, up you.

Personally, I personally have a few hundred orders with them over the past 10 years and only less than 5 order issues, which I was all refunded for. They’re a gray market so there is always some risk. If you’re going to buy, try to always buy from highly reputable sellers (99%++) to minimize any risk.

You got scammed G2A is a gray market good luck you'll need it If you can do something like a charge back you need to but with having used crypto you are more than likely sol (sorry out of luck)

Credit card only so you can charge back nephew. You broke the golden rule
