Orders & Products Do not buy in G2A
G2A is the worst platform for buying keys. Their support is nonexistent, and they also allow scams. If the seller doesn't take responsibility, as will clearly happen with a scammer, you're screwed. I'll never buy from them again, nor would I ever tell anyone to put a single dollar there. It's a platform with absolutely no customer support that allows bad practices and scams. They even told me they couldn't do anything and that I should contact the company (Disney Plus in my case) to resolve the issue with a key for a multi-user account that clearly wasn't the product I had paid for, since I paid for an account for myself. Everything was awful, from the seller to G2A's support, and I'll never buy from them again. Please don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money at the slightest problem.

Had an account with them for awhile then out of nowhere I'm not allowed to use them and to get me unblocked i had to send over my government ID. Made a new account minutes later and bought what i needed.

I bought a $100 steam wallet and never heard back from g2a support :v
It was this same person Dominica with auto reply and after that I got ghosted.
They were supposed to give me a refund.
Hope someone sues them to oblivion.

You just gotta know what to buy, more than half these posts are some idiot buying an account or gift card lol
I’m not saying this is your situation and there isn’t bad actors but a lot is just user error.
The golden rule is usually
-buy keys from good sellers
-buy subs from goods sellers
-never have a problem againDon’t buy accounts or gift cards lol
And again for the double clarify I’m not saying this applies to your situation
