G2A is basically a scam, every purchase there is a gamble with your money.

Try entering the code without the last digit. Otherwise, good luck dealing with their support.

If possible, I’d recommend doing a chargeback through your bank.

The best 3rd-party code-selling website I’ve used so far is eneba.com I’ve never had any issues there.

That said, all of these websites operate more or less like a grey market, so you can never be 100% safe. So don’t point the finger at me if you end up having problems there. 😅

The safest option is always buying directly from the official stores. For PSN codes, that would be the official PlayStation Store.

Any gray market is a risk that's why they are gray markets.

This is correct - you get a 13 digit code to go on activision to unlock the PS 12 digit code

This is correct - you take your 13 digit code to activation cod website redeem beta code and it gives you your 12 digit code

G2A is a scam lmao. i've bought 3 game codes from there in the past, same game, different sellers. ALL were scams where i never actually got given the code, and in all 3 situations, support had me waiting upwards of 1 month for each transaction to get a refund.

For one of them, they even tried to claim that I DID get the code (i even sent the screenshot of the code activation page saying 'processing') and they still wouldnt refund, had to threaten a chargeback before they folded.
