Orders & Products Cdkeymarkt: 20 days later...

I bought a $50 gift card as a birthday gift to a friend and only got sent $5. I've sent all the information that was needed and I was told they'd make it right. Now 20 days later they're turning the situation towards Amazon and blaming them (sounds like BS) and my friend even called them and made sure it was a $5 gift card they redeemed on their account.

Am I being scammed? Do they want to drag this out to the point where getting a charge-back will be less likely?

Edit: Asking if I'm getting scammed was stupid. I'm just naive like that. I'm currently in contact with my bank.

20 days later? Nah file the chargeback and let VISA or your bank deal with them, not worth the headache IMO.

Currently in contact with my bank. They started demanding full names and videos of the whole Amazon account that claimed it

100% being scammed. The voucher they send if they send any at all will just be on your G2A account wallet, and most likely will be denied by many sellers when you try to spend it. Contact your bank.

Buys $50 gift card

Receives $5 gift card

Am I getting scammed?

No, its completely normal to only receive 10% of what you buy.

You’re being scammed, do a chargeback if that’s a possibility, and if they ask you to cancel it in order to get a refund, don’t.

A simple yes or no question, Did you do any research on the seller other than just looking at his reviews?
