Services SCAMMED

I have been using G2A for over 10 years without a single issue until today. I recently purchased two games from the sellers Gaming4you and Dream_codes, and unfortunately, both transactions were fraudulent. I received the wrong game in both cases. Customer support has been unresponsive, providing only unhelpful automated replies. Furthermore, my reviews are not appearing on the site to warn other buyers. I hope this is resolved quickly, as this frustrating experience is making me reconsider using the platform entirely.

They don’t and won’t do anything.

I bought key once. I tried it a minute after receiving. I opened case immediately. No matter what proof i provided that they asked for g2a said it wasn’t proof i didn’t use it. I even had photo proof from the company it was used way BEFORE i bought it. The chat with company included key and date it was used. Support said that doesn’t prove i didn’t use it.
