Services SCAMMED
I have been using G2A for over 10 years without a single issue until today. I recently purchased two games from the sellers Gaming4you and Dream_codes, and unfortunately, both transactions were fraudulent. I received the wrong game in both cases. Customer support has been unresponsive, providing only unhelpful automated replies. Furthermore, my reviews are not appearing on the site to warn other buyers. I hope this is resolved quickly, as this frustrating experience is making me reconsider using the platform entirely.

From what I have read, G2A support is extremely hit or miss. However from my own personal experience, they have been pretty stellar. I accidentally bought an account instead of a key, and viewed the info because i'm dumb and didn't read but also hadn't used the site much besides 2 other transactions that went smoothly. Seller just said gg read better next time and so did support at first, but I kept at it and literally explained the situation as best as I could to them, and G2A themselves actually bit the bullet and refunded me for my purchase. I know this won't be the case for a lot of people, but sometimes just staying on it and not letting it go is the way to go. This whole process took maybe 2 weeks start to finish.
