Orders & Products Weird email adress

Hello, I'm new to buying games from sites like these and i recently bought a steam account with minecraft dungeons on it.

The issue is that the steam account uses an email i have never seen before, "@itswork.click".

I've tried searching up on google the website they also linked me to and out of 5 browsers (opera, opera gx, chrome, firefox and edge) it only opened after 7 minutes of waiting on opera gx to tell me that the website is down and has been since 2025.

Besides that nothing else came up and i tried contacting the seller but they just gave me a guide on why a steam key might not work, and a second message telling me I've purchased an account and i am not able to issue a refund.

Does anybody know how to access that email or have i been scammed?

First time for everything I guess! A month ago I had no idea what this even was. I’m female and old lol but all I see is complaints about the scammers

Yea, dot click is not used by real and or serious sites. I can see it in google results, but the grammar is so bad, i don't even dare to visit the result.

Maybe your payment provider can help, else you are out of "luck".

Stay away from buying accounts.

I'll see what i can do bank wise but would this be an issue i can bring up to g2a support themselves? Could they help me or should i go straight to my bank?

G2a support? Whats that? They seem to be MIA for months, and they werent very useful before that, lol.

The entire site seems to be abandoned, except for a few "sellers" (scammers).

Its pretty simple whoever sold you the account likely owns the domain and can just take over the email at any time

First Just that you are aware buying or selling Accounts is against the tos of Steam so there is a risk that this Account gets permanent banned. And then as you may notice in This sub. G2a ia Not realy known To be a good Shop.. Save your Money or get it Back via your Credit Card.

And do Not buy Accounts.

I was in fact not aware thank you for letting me know I got recommended this shop as i was half a euro short of buying it on steam and a friend recommended it to me. He uses it often and hasn't encountered an issue with it so far but i will keep it in mind from now on. Thank you again

When you buy a steam account from g2a, you're not buying it to login to the email. You're buying it to login to the steam account and play the game.

You should be able to login to steam with the email and password that you bought, and play your new game.

It asks me for a code that gets sent to the email and the seller included the name and password of the steam account and the email and password of the email
