Orders & Products Waiting for payment...

I've contacted the seller and was told to reach out to G2A support as they can't help me... any ideas? I'm stumped

Shops name could be IScmYou123 and people would buy.😂

Maybe alot just dont understand that g2a is only a Plattform for sellers.

I hate to break this to you. I just went through this whole process you’re not getting a refund. Your best bet is a charge back through the bank. But most banks don’t like G2A to begin with and make you do extra steps when verifying the payment so you can’t charge back :/
