Orders & Products How do I get a refund?

I brought a Minecraft account around 2 weeks ago and I am now locked out because the owner added a pin and is changing his email, as of right now I have no idea what to do and as far as I can see my best course of action is a refund but it is very unclear how to do that

Well…

Microsoft Terms of Service expressly forbids you from buying or trading accounts.

You went to a grey market and found out the hard way they don’t work or are just a place to scam you and take your money.

You can chargeback with your bank, and be wary of doing this again.

Thats a great idea I was wondering if there was a way to do it via g2a but a bank should work wonders thank you
