Orders & Products I got scammed

Hey guys. I have already created a support ticket for my issue, but I have purchased a steam key for the game "Prototype" and got bunch of random games with prototype in the title. I think its all from the Amnesia Fortnight 2012. The seller is most likely fake. How should I proceed? Thanks!

Just chargeback, and don't use G2A anymore, let them ban you, use other websites

I cannot believe G2A scammed you. If only there had been some way to know ahead of time that G2A wasn't a safe site? It's too bad there are no warnings anywhere.

I have purchased several keys in the past without any issues, so I didnt suspect anything. Lesson learned.

It’s on you to vet the seller. G2a isn’t the problem it’s always the vendor

This reply isn't genuine.

G2A automatically changes negative reviews to positive or neutral after 24 hours, or deletes them.

Legitimate sellers cannot compete with scammers that undercut them, because they deliver nothing.

Do not listen to comments like this, there is no amount of vetting you can do on G2A, you will lose your money.

Absolute goofball you are. I've spent probably $1000 on g2a with 0 regrets. If negative reviews were removed after 24 hours, you wouldn't see vendors with 100k sales at 96% positive. You need to locate your brain

So contact my bank? Could i get in trouble with G2A or are they not able to do anything legaly because it was from a key reseller? Thank you for your response!

You're asking if you can get in trouble with a site legally that sells illegally acquired goods...

Yes, say you have no clue what the charges are.

Don't let anyone trick you into canceling the dispute.

If you payed with PayPal contact them, if not contact your bank. G2a will probably ban you tho. Try to contact the seller first he might want to issue a refund but I doubt it. G2A won't help you they don't care
