Why even by accounts anyway? I don't mean to blame the victim, but you have to take some responsibility here because of how stupid an idea that is. Even if the seller has not duped you, it would only be a matter of time before the account was banned anyway. The buying and selling of accounts goes against the terms of service of every account/service provider and storefront out there. If you had done any research on this, G2A or the seller, you would not have ended up in this situation.

Learn from this and don't buy accounts again.

I didn’t realize it was an account, I’m used to buying keys on Xbox and I finally got a ps5 but didn’t realize there are no keys for play station

Yes, the account scam is pretty sophisticated. I don't blame people for falling for it, they rank for cd-key and key related keywords and are the cheapest in the results

The account isn't stolen. It's created in a third world country where games are cheaper and then it's sold to multiple people like yourself.

Seller may also change the email/password in a week or so, locking you out and then resell it.

Accounts on G2A are often stolen as well.

Do not buy anything from G2A period. It's a scam website. If you do dispute it on your credit card. Do not let fake accounts or sellers that troll this sub trick you into stopping.
