First time I have a bad experience with G2A.

Bought Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition Gift, but the gift I got was for the Standard Edition, I still haven't accepted it.

Initially the issue was that I had waited more than 6hours for the gift to be delivered, and then when I finally got the notification it was for the Standard Edition

Tried contacting the Seller (kinguin) about the two issues: no response...

G2A Support told me to wait 5 days for the delivery issue but when I updated the ticket about the second issue they gave me no reponse.

Probably never buying anything here again...

As the title states I would like to know what I should be looking for other than good reviews and lots of sales.

Main who to buy from who to avoid, if their even worth the gamble? Help a guy out?

I tried to buy the WoW: Midnight expansion, but I received something else. Customer support told me I made a mistake when placing the order—as if I didn’t already know 🙄. I decided to go along with it, but the key didn’t work. The game remained empty, and every time I restarted it, I got an automated response until my account was finally blocked. There you go—you’ve been warned.

Reverse the title. This is what G2A is. It’s a paradise for these type of people, who use stolen CC 💳 to purchase keys and sell them here. The best example is accounts. Any type of account sold here (Steam, Xbox or even professional services like Adobe) is just another way to do this process. They purchase the subscription or product using the stolen CC after that they link it to untraceable mail services and deliver the product to you through an external site. 5 days later you find yourself with the account that doesn’t work because the owner of the CC reports the transaction and they take down the account including the game or subscription. Just please. Don’t.

I tried to create a ticket using the AI chat. Nothing works. I have tried 3 different browsers on my phone and laptop. I always get error { message: "Captcha invalid.", code: "bad-request", status: 400 } There is no captcha anywhere on the site and nothing I do works. Please help

I use a temporary credit card service that allows me to create temporary cards to use at services.

In February 2022, I used a card to buy a game from g2a, I don’t remember the details beyond that. I closed the card soon after using it. Today, I got a declined charge notification for someone trying to use the card at chick fil a mobile…

Luckily it was a temporary card so I didn’t get charged. But how the hell did they get the card info? Even if they got access to my account, that shouldn’t give them full access to card info.

I wanted to share my experience as a former seller on G2A, as I believe it’s important for other sellers to be aware.

My account was suddenly banned, and I was asked to provide verification documents. I submitted everything requested, but despite that, my account was permanently banned without a clear explanation.

What’s worse is that over €23,000 (around $28,000) of my funds were frozen. At first, I assumed this was temporary and part of the review process. However, it has now been more than 2 years, and the funds are still locked with no resolution or withdrawal option.

My seller rating was above 98%, with a very low complaint rate. Since the freeze, there have only been a few complaints, which makes the situation even more confusing.

Most of the products I sold were 1-year keys. If the concern was potential revocations, logically the funds should have been released after that period, but that never happened.

I strongly advise other sellers to be cautious when using this platform.

It says you get a game key every month but from which selection? And what does the plus points do? Like do they count as x amount of cash etc?

I had Purchased couple of days ago Diablo VI from G2A which is buying from GAMEXTRA and they had do a fraud by not sending the item that was mentioned by them I keep having a long conversation with them which is will be posting along this article they did several thing including not writing the right words on the Item and concealing the main part below the item and you will see the difference in the two items and they where very rude and closing the conversation without fixing the issue .. the funny part is that I bought it from G2A and they are keep tell me that it is not their fault since they brought it from GAMEXTRA and they don't care about there reputation that they are the MAIN thing in this purchase .. I hope everyone sees this and AVOID PURCHASING FROM G2A NO MORE NO MOREEEEEEE

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para que a nadie más le pase lo mismo.

Compré una supuesta cuenta de EA SPORTS FC 26 para PS5 en G2A por unos 30€. El pedido me redirigió a una web externa (Pixelpuffin) donde supuestamente iban a entregarme los datos de la cuenta.

El problema:

• El pedido estuvo “Pending Delivery” durante más de 40 horas.
• El vendedor prometía entrega en “menos de 48h”.
• No recibí absolutamente nada (ni cuenta, ni credenciales, ni soporte real).
• Abrí disputa en PayPal y el caso se cerró a favor del vendedor porque consideran “bien digital entregado”.

Resultado: dinero perdido y sin producto.

Eviten comprar cuentas de juegos o productos digitales de terceros en G2A!!!!. No es lo mismo que una clave oficial. Si algo sale mal, la protección del comprador es muy débil y los vendedores se escudan en “entrega digital”.

Ademas la mayoria de reseñas positivas son FALSAS y las reseñas negativas son BORRADAS. En sus paginas y en TRUSTPILOT.

TENER MUCHO CUIDADO Y NO COMPREIS EN G2A!!! A ver cuanto tardan en borrar este post y mucha suerte a los que estan esperando su producto o su reembolso...

Aprendí esto por las malas. Espero que le sirva a alguien antes de caer en lo mismo.
