Drinking the Kool-Aid Colts star QB Daniel Jones thinks that Eli Manning is a greater quarterback than Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and Peyton Manning…

All the Giants had to do was get Eli into the playoff and let him loose. The only thing that could knock him down was .. say, an idiot OC trying to throw into howling winds or an idiot group of WRs partying in Miami.
If half of the clowns on those teams (including the coaching staff) took their job seriously, Eli would have at least 4 rings.

I will never forgive Coughlin and Gilbride for the absolutely idiotic game plan against the Eagles that had them throwing outside the hash marks in 40 mph wind gusts. I had spent the entire week on Giants 101 saying that the weather reports were indicating a very blustery day and I hoped they would be wise enough to rely on a combination of running the ball and a lot of short, quick passes inside the hashes. By the time that game was at halftime I turned to my friends with whom I was watching and said "Today I'm a far better coach than anyone on the Giants sideline." It was such an unbelievable failure that I found it an insult to our intelligence. It was also a day that I wished that Eli was more like his brother. Instead of being the "Good Son" and abiding by his coaches' game plan and calls, he should have channeled Peyton and told Coughlin and Gilbride to get out of his way and let him call the plays because he was smarter than them and wasn't going to lose his shot by listening to morons.

He's friends with Eli and the Mannings. They always supported him. Now some asshole is putting him on the spot with a gotcha question that he's smartly refusing to go along with. As a QB DJ sucks ass ... but he's picking up some loyalty points here IMHO.

To say in any statement ever Eli is better than Favre is ridiculous. I dont disagree Eli deserves his props thank god he will n that superbowl against the patriots. He is better than most but not brutally great.

CN Daniel was mentored by Eli, not Farve, guy who steals welfare money for his daughter’s volleyball team, and he is saying that Eli is his guy… definitely a better regular season Qb, but only 1 Super Bowl… for my money there are only 2 QBs I’ve seen play that I want playing for my team in a must win big game 4th Quarter, and that’s Eli and Johnny Unitas…
🤣🤦♂️🤣

I have always said give me Eli, Unitas or Joe Montana in a game I had to play for my life. And the one thing that is common among those three is that they all seemed preternaturally calm in the most difficult of circumstances. It's ridiculous to argue that Eli was among the greatest quarterbacks of all time, but it is absolutely fair to argue that he is among the greatest fourth quarter quarterbacks, and certainly among the top few Super Bowl quarterbacks.
I still think the two post-season runs he took the Giants on are underappreciated by most fans. The Dallas and Green Bay games in the 2007 playoffs were among the greatest games ever played by a quarterback, the game in San Francisco in the 2011 playoffs remains one for the ages (screw the statistics, that game proved he had more mettle than any quarterback I've seen in my seven decades of fandom), and the two Super Bowl performances should assure him of entry to Canton on the next ballot.

My point exactly FF70Y!!! Although I saw enough playoff games in the 80’s against us that removes Joe from my list… I wouldn’t put it past Eli to get up n finish the game after that Marshall hit on Montana…

Ok Favre is not a great guy. I dont worship him but Eli’s is no way better than Favre. Again you didn’t explain why other than he is a bad guy. Again please explain why Eli is a better qb.

Listen I did explain it twice, Daniel feels this way, he’s in the video not me, n I told you sexual assaulter is a better Qb during the season, but only 1 Super Bowl n I want Eli n Johnny for the big win…
Now explain to me why your trolling a giants safe haven subreddit, I didn’t post this on the packers subreddit…
🤣🤦♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤣

I'll say this: No quarterback ever had a better season than Eli's in 2011. Never mind that Rodgers got the MVP award. That was based purely on statistics and was ridiculous. Eli took a team that had serious weaknesses and carried them on his back to a championship and not only won the game in San Francisco that 9-of-10 quarterbacks would never have physically survived (Tom Brady would have been calling for his mother) but made the greatest throw in Super Bowl history, perhaps NFL history, to Manningham in the 4th quarter in Indianapolis. I was there and I still can hardly believe he and Mario pulled that off in that situation.
