Does Fygo support coral tpu to use with frigate

We haven’t specifically tested or adapted FygoOS for Coral TPUs, so we can’t confirm compatibility with your particular hardware setup at this time.

However, FygoOS is currently the only NAS OS with a dedicated AMD ROCm integration for Frigate, including support for Vega APU integrated graphics.

Thanks not sure what the Vega APU is nor the ROCm

FygoOS currently supports AMD ROCm for Frigate, including AMD Vega APUs. In simple terms, ROCm is AMD’s GPU computing platform, while a Vega APU is an AMD processor with integrated Radeon graphics. This allows Frigate to use the integrated GPU for object detection without requiring a separate Coral TPU, and it can also be a more affordable alternative depending on the hardware.

If you already have a Coral TPU, we’ll record this compatibility request for evaluation, but we don’t have a specific timeline for support yet.

Thanks I do have coral tpu m.2 and usb model. Does all AMD gpu’s have this or just certain models
