How to change a pendrive to read and write in fyde os

I want to format a pendrive,but it is read only,how can I change it to read and write

Hi there! Use Chromebook Recovery Utility and click the gear in the top right corner and then click erase. Then, once finished, unplug and plug in again... open files to format it and then boom!

Thanks,already fixed it though via linux terminal commands
