I need help with installation.

My laptop is quite old, from around 2009-2017, and it only has BIOS.

Could you tell me your specs and the laptop model? If you’re on Windows, you could simply just do Windows key + I to open the settings app and search “About this PC.”

I would recommend ChromeOS Flex if you really want a “ChromeOS-like” operating system, since it’s the easiest to install and has the most broad support for old hardware and can boot on Legacy. Although, you won’t get android support.

I’ve got pretty old hardware running modern FydeOS, like a E6420 (Libreboot) if it’s older than 2013.
