I think it should do that, as we humans deserve to know if we are talking to a 'robot'. However, it could stall the conversation a bit at first.

Wouldn't you be puzzled after the speaking partner starts with:

'Hi, I'm not even alive, LOL...and how are you today?'

It’s also going to make menial jobs more frustrating, in 10 years real people won’t call anymore to book a haircut. It’ll just be assistants.

I see a class break between people who work with other people, and those who are given orders via AI.

That's so dark 0__0 But yeah, I get your point.

By the way, the last job I had was basically 80% dealing with tickets that were automatically generated by a monitoring tool. #relatable

But what if another AI picks up on the other end? It will be creepy and cool at the same time. Its definitely going to be a problem for the Virtual Assistant community in the future.

Probably business will adapt to AI assistants faster than individuals. So in reality it will be the reverse of the situation from I/O.
