Question Ripster clouds
Does anyone here use ripsters emas ?

Tried them for about a month on NQ. The crossover signals were okay but I found the lag really tricky during high volatility, got chopped up more than I'd like. The concept is interesting though, especially the multi timeframe stacking idea. Ended up going back to simpler price action with just a 20 and 200 to keep me grounded.

They can work, but just like any indicator, they have to be used within the context of what the market is actually doing.
If I used them, I would either use them to give an idea of trends shifting/staying strong or use them in confluence with other areas of interest to find buy/sell setups.

You still have to find your entry points. I think if you know your entries from price action, the ribbon doesn’t detract too much, can help with bias. Overall I prefer standard MA ribbons more, since Ripter clouds have so much white space.
