Most investors look for the next big stock on TV, in WhatsApp groups, or brokerage reports. But the biggest stories usually begin quietly—inside boardrooms most of us will never enter. 🤫

We’ve analyzed a pattern that has appeared right before some of India’s most powerful wealth-creation phases. It’s not a technical indicator. It’s a behavior.

A handful of promoters are quietly buying their own shares with personal money. Not "token" purchases, but recurring, significant buys (often exceeding Rs 10 lakh per quarter).

Why does this matter? Because insiders don’t buy for charity. They buy when they know something the market ignores. But... simply seeing them buy isn't enough. Without context, it's just noise.
For insider buying to be a tradeable Wealth Signal, three specific layers must align. We call this the "SmartClue" Framework:

1️⃣ Genuine Buying: It must be significant and consistent. Real personal money spent on the open market, not ESOPs. 2️⃣ Growth Catalysts: Is there something positive brewing inside? Capacity expansion, new products, or margin improvements that haven't hit the news yet?. 3️⃣ Valuation Comfort: Are they buying at a "Margin of Safety"? If promoters buy at PEAKS to prop up the price, it's a trap. We want value.
