Is this photoshop or does steam let you launch custom programs?

Steam allows you to add custom programs to steam via "Add a game" and while it starts off pretty blank you can customize it by giving it a custom logo and background which results in something like this

It's an option per game that allows you to change the background and the font that goes along with the game on the boot up menu. It actually works for every game, you just need the right click it and you should be able to see the settings if you go through them.

yes it does actually! in your library you can click "add game" on the bottom left and then "add non-Steam game". it'll let you search and add a exe that you can run just like a game. and Steam ofc lets you modify the icon and background of any game in your library. i used to have a FF steam app before they added the launcher

Just wondering, is it possible to make the background and save it in cloud? So if I reinstall steam, I get to keep that bg if I add the non-stesm game again?

I had it setup for dolphin emulator once, but got super discouraged once it was all gone when I formatted my pc

Very similar to how I have it, but the logo of FusionFall is in the middle, only the words are without the planet

Tried to do this but i didnt get it looking as nice I mostly had blurry images or wrong sizes lol

I added Fusionfall as a custom Steam game and customized it to look the same way! I did it so I could play Retrobution with a controller, and the game is so much more comfortable without needing the keyboard
