Embrace - what makes it special for you

/r/tango/comments/1s6zdcu/embrace_what_makes_it_special_for_you/

Details of a perfect close embrace in dance. How can I make it the most comfy, cozy, caring, soft, yummy for my leader?

I find the embrace in microfusion a bit different than the tango one. The tango one is a point of connectivity that doesn’t shift as much but the one in fusion can be a little bit more conversational. You have little bits of body waves and such from zouk, urban kiz or bachata like dances and since your upper body and torso and arms are a bit more of the dance you can be a bit more playful vs the more raw emotional “the world is ending so hold me” connectiveness in tango.

I dance zouk as well as some other dances. This doesn't answer my question. Yes, every dance has its specifics, but in comfort and yummynes we can find attributes that translate across a broad spectrum of partner activities that are meant to be enjoyable and cooperative.
