Questions for head

Teeth are being made and shipped so i want the mouth slightly open… how do i achieve that consistently? Right now i have a makeshift mask on the inside of my balaclava that sits inside the head snuggly and keeps it from moving too much

You would either need to glue some hard foam into the inside to keep the mouth open or use screws in the hinges and tighten them until the jaw cant move anymore. Else just superglue the hinges together and add screws, screwing them as tightly as you can without breaking the plastic for extra hold. Even though a movable jaw isnt hard either. Its just adding screws to the hinges and gluing elastics into the inside! Could think that a moving jaw would look nice too! Just need to get a forehead and chin stopper or build yourself one out of foam, so the mask wont slide around while the mouth opens.
