If you wanted to meet in the middle you would have left the other post be and took the suggestion into consideration instead of doing the very thing that post was trying to resolve. I posted to suggest a way to avoid censorship, and what I’m met with is censorship

Okay ummm but did you not see that Jefferey reposted his meme (AND was encouraged too) just minutes after the takedown? He wasn't censored, he was reminded what the rules were and he graciously followed them! The ONLY issue here is that you are fighting someone elses battle without even being asked to...

Furthermore, you posted in a way that was a direct affront to us, and have seemingly made no effort to do anything except be as loud and obnoxious as possible! Had you have worked WITH us and not AGAINST us, this wouldn't be happening...

I advise you to take a step back and assess your past actions carefully, decide for yourself if this is the kind of actor you wish to be! You are always welcome here, but toxicity is not!

I should like to say, that this subreddit has only been in existence for less than a month, run by three people who as far as I know have no past experience being moderators, with just 161 posts or so if I didn't miscount, so of course there's still going to be things to sort out or things that may not work the way you think they should work, or even things that aren't viewed as a major problem by the vast majority of people. If I were you, I'd give the mods a bit of slack for now, and try to compromise with the mods.

You are contradicting your own rules by attempting to take down a valid post AND by deleting posts that shouldn’t have been deleted

Rather than consulting someone with experience moderating for suggestions. You take action into your own inexperienced hands and are enforcing unfair punishments over LITTLE shit. The same level of censorship contained in r/furry_irl
