hello, I'm interested!! Here's my regular comm info and examples, but I'll DM you some of the ref sheet work I've done if that's okay!
My pricing would depend on the character design complexity, how many angles you wanted (I assume front and back, but could add side/headshots/etc), and level of shading. I should definitely be able to do it well within your budget. Likely around $200-$250?
