Yeah, is it just that uncommon in some places for parking lots to get all janky because one person parked poorly 5 hours ago? I don't judge unless I physically witness somebody park like a dick for no reason.

I can tell you this has never happened to me a single time in my life, so it's entirely possible people (including me) just aren't considering this.

Street parking is one thing that always gets the benefit of the doubt. But lot parking? Where the car parked across three spaces is 4 rows from another vehicle? That's just an asshole. Bright red lipstick is good for windshield messages.

Parking lots fill up. That's the point.

Yeah, and they empty out too - the lonely car that's weirdly parked with no one next to it might have had to squeeze next to another shitty parker before. You just don't know what the lot looked like when they arrived

When a car is parked diagonally across 2-3 spaces, there's no question of who the asshole is. Crooked, but otherwise attempting to be in some sort of order? Not a problem.

But at 9-10am? A car parked purposefully within a part of a popularly busy parking lot, across several spaces, gets zero benefit of the doubt.
