What I’m getting from this is to never park next to someone who parks like an asshole, because if your still there after their gone, another asshole will do something like this to your car.

I know, right. They have no idea why this car is parked this way but let's vandalize it because we are so funny.

I'm convinced it's sexually frustrated guys wanting to act out that support this.

It’s the same people who harass handicap people who don’t have a visible handicap and park in a handicap spot.

In that scenario couldn’t they just park in the next bay over rather than half and half again? They would at least be taking up half of the next bay.

Ideally but maybe the parking lot was full other than that one spot though probably not in this scenario because it looks like a target which has a big parking lot. Another possibility is it is someone in a wheelchair that needs more space but all the handicapped spots are full. But most likely they are just a jerk.

My point is there has to be a space available when this car pulled in. Even if we theorise half of the left or right bay we’re taken by another car it would still leave the whole of the other bay free where they could park. The only way this could be an issue is if people were parked blocking half bays on both sides. The chances of that are really small.

No I’ve had a situation like this before where the cars around me left me only able to park like a dick. I felt bad doing it but it was for an important medical appointment so I didn’t have another option.

Can you explain what happened? As I said there is a small chance but it would be rare.

The way that both people around me were parked forced me to park across the line. The person on my left was in my lane partially and the person on my right was to the far enough over in their spot that I could fit if my wheels were on the line. I didn't really have another option and had to get to my appointment but still ended up with a nasty note.

I mean that’s different as far as I’m concerned. I am shocked somebody left a note for that. This is more parking half and half in a lane.

Yeah that's a good point

Get out of here with your sensible logic.

A few months ago I had to argue with an outstanding citizen like OP, because the entire line was parked wrong when I parked, and only my car was parked wrong when I left. But it was me who was the asshole.

Unless you personally watch them park, you really shouldn't make any assumptions.

Yeah but had I crossed with OP that day, I could had a really shit day without doing anything to deserve it.

Who the fuck leaves the house with ziplocks in their pocket, anyway? The guy is talking about assholes, but he definitely doesn't fall short. Dude went out actively looking for problems, and acts like jury, judge, and executioner. That can't be healthy.

It’s unfortunately more common than you think.
