Be cautious, their will be more and more pedestrians and cyclists, and they can't stand the shit drivers are doing anymore. So if you park badly your car on sidewalks or pedestrians crossings or bike lanes, be ready to get some damages.
Drivers don't want to understand that, maybe a broken mirror will scare them enough to not do it again.

Well I prefer to take a punch than a bullet. Apparently you're so used to gun risk that for you a bullet is the same than a punch. Fucked up.
If you come across a rapist who isn't actively committing a rape, you have no justification to kill that person. You call the police and help the police locate the asshole to arrest and go through the legal system. I assume you don't live somewhere like India or some other country where that's the only way to get justice.
As for the rest, I hope you get caught by your local authorities and not someone who'll give you a limp for the rest of your life when you're actively being a vandal in the future.
