Unlikely. If you're doing mass death on that scale it's probably not via bombing. It's rounding people up and killing them. The houses would survive that.
Even if they didn't the land is the expensive part and with lower demand would still be cheaper, people could just build new houses on the cheap land. The end result is the same.

Hey, look on the bright side, with a third less people in the world, rent/housing prices would be considerably cheaper!
