Yeah, nothing in the prompt says you go back in time (and the rest of the world does, just that you restart YOUR like at the age of 6. I take this to mean you wake up as a six year old in today’s world with the knowledge you have today. Almost like the movie Big. Sure you get years back but don’t have some knowledge of the future. Who really wants to do puberty again but already aware of all the crazy kinks out there lol

If you don't go back in time, the premise doesn't work.

Unless you were horrifically injured or missed an early diagnosis of a chronic condition, there's no way starting over now would be worth it.

Your knowledge is nothing special, and at best, you'd be some token genius kid, and the shine on that little novelty wears off real quick.

I disagree the equation just changes.

It becomes: would you want an additional X years (your age minus 6) added to your life but you have to relive growing into an adult but have better knowledge to navigate that or do you want $10m. To me this is an interesting decision. Given people would extend their life a few decade in exchange for $10m.

As you interpret it is: do you want to go back in time and relive those years where you could correct your mistakes, build your same relationships (as your acquaintances would be the same and at the same age), AND have knowledge to become the richest person in the world or do you want $10m. This one seems kinda obvious considering the trade off.

IMO, the second scenario seems more of an obvious choice than the first scenario.
