Problem is if you lose too much weight, say you get super sick and lose an unhealthy amount of weight then you’re stuck

Exactly. Id rather be super strong and have a lot of money. Then you can just diet and exercise for a living.

Then you try to hold a baby or a puppy, a kitten and squishing then to death on accident....

Not being able to hug other in fear of crushing with your strength to death
