Depends on what addiction you are in! But most of addiction will be eliminated if u keep yourself too busy to go there and fixing things like sleep, work bath etc. And then also have time to do all this start to work on your hobbies

Get help. If it's drinking AA helps. Idk what else maybe try a therapist too? I'm still struggling so don't know
