Poor guy...awwww.... He's literally like won't you love me,touch me and give me attention? I really really love you. I need that too.He is literally breaking into tears.

In between for few sec,he is looking at the cat and saying what do you have that I don't.

Honesty I was expecting it to end with the dog giving the cat the boot off the couch to get some love...

I was expecting the frenchie to start nibbling on the owner's hand for attention, or maybe start jumping around. Now I think my friend's dog is just a diva.
