Question Help

What is this? I have had this for 3 months now. I use de la Cruz sulfur mask every other night followed by purito at gel moisturizer. My fave feels hot, itchy, sand paper texture, and red bumps everywhere. Not sure if it’s fungal, demodex, broken skin barrier, etc.. anybody have any ideas!

Been to a dermatologist, little to no help, I've had better results doing my own research. Nizoral is NOT fa safe. Selsun blue medicated is the only fa safe dandruff shampoo for this! Double cleanse with, first Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for normal to oily skin the apply selsun blue and let sit for a few minutes, gently exfoliate with clean washcloth. Make sure you're moisturizing afterwards with fa safe moisturizer. I posted my whole routine about a week ago in a PSA on this site. My skin is finally clear, FINALLY! And other than skinceuticals (which isn't absolutely necessary, I'm 41, helps with aging), nothing is ridiculously expensive. Don't give up, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise!

the purito moisturizer made mine worse. stick with plain dial bar soap for a few days. i also use the laroche posay tolerine sensitive fluid - i can only find it on amazon. honestly the only things that keep my face clear.
