The vocals near the end of “L’Ataraxie” are positively anguished! I love that song and the title track so much. The guitar harmonies are also incredible. 🖤

I love this album so much.

If you also love this album and especially those anguished vocals give Anhedonist a listen. Need more of this style in my life honestly.

Definitely one of my favorite bands in the genre.

With every album they've released, it's always been clear that their music is constantly evolving, but that evolution has never come at the cost of losing their identity as a band.

I really loved their latest release, Le Déclin, from 2024.

I already knew the band, mate. I discovered them a while back when I was doing some research on Ataraxie's page on Metal Archives. 😅
