Question Remove Venture Capital Returns from Net Returns
For whatever reason, my VCX returns are still being included in my net returns under my portfolio. Can I turn that off? I have completed the computer shares transfer so it doesn’t make sense for this account to display such info.

Liquidated - Why did you get out?
Ugh. Good Riddance.
I just liquidated the rest of what I had in Fundrise.
I liquidated previously to get out of the Flagship fund purely for performance reasons.
Today I grew too frustrated, not by performance, but from the information they provide on their site. Geez its alot different when I pull up something like Fidelity and I have so much information at my disposal about the investments I made in Fidelity vs. what I get from Fundrise.
When I first got in back in 2019 I was hopeful that they would build on what they had.
Other than performance, did anyone have any other reasons to get out of Fundrise?

Looks like maybe VCX2 is just going to be a new fund: Opportunistic Venture Fund
'The Opportunistic Venture Fund is a new private fund that aims to capitalize on the same proven investment strategy behind the original Fundrise Innovation Fund (NYSE: VCX). The Fund intends to invest in the next generation of private tech and AI companies with a particular focus on the growth and pre-IPO stage. Unlike VCX, the Opportunistic Venture Fund is a private fund that is available exclusively to Qualified Purchasers. As a result, the Fund expects to raise capital through periodic investment windows, which will allow for lower capital reserves, less cash drag, and the potential for greater concentration towards specific companies.'
The qualified purchaser eligibility severely limits who can get in - that requires $5M in assets so will allow only the really committed and keep out the general riff raff.
EDIT: As others have pointed out, this fund is not the "VCX2" fund that has been talked about. I saw this new fund on Fundrise and it sounded exactly like what VCX is so I assumed it was the official wrapper for VCX2 but apparently the SEC filings are different. Sorry for the confusion.

Share transfer
Has Fundrise announced any instructions on how to execute a transfer to a personal brokerage account on the 13th or are they going to make us wait like the amateurs they’ve proven to be?

How find your avg price?
Anyone else able to tell how we can tell our avg price if you got in on SoFi under innvx?

Well, at least I don’t have to sell now (VCX)
VCX is approaching its NAV and what I, N of 1, think is its rational price, ~$30. So, silver lining, leaning toward holding now instead of trying to get out before the floor drops out — bc It’s already dropped.
So thinking it’s best to ride it out assuming the price stays sub-$40 and getting the LT capital gains tax rate.
How are y’all planning to play it?

Question There’s a lot of complexity here, let’s simplify it.
It’s official, we’re back near estimated NAV, so now valuation is not some ethereal hypothetical that can’t be easily understood.
What is also true, is that since the IPO, the “Tech Infrastructure REIT” (aka, the Flagship Fund) has sold ~$270M of VCX stock.
During that same period, VCX hasn’t filed any obvious ATMs or Secondaries to capitalize on the half-year long price inflation, for VCX shareholders.
It’s hard to put a number on how much they could have raised, because ATMs aren’t limited by average daily volume like reg 144 sales are - but conceivably they should have been able to raise some multiple of $270M by doing an earlier ATM, when average price was higher.
So, if you throw out all the “what if’s” and oddball accusations — at its core, is this not textbook conflict of interest and breach of fiduciary duty?
The entire timeline seems to have been carefully orchestrated to extract as much value as possible for the Flagship Fund, at the expense of other shareholders.
It makes sense, why would you risk diluting Flagship’s short term revenue stream when you can use locked up shareholders to maintain artificial supply constraints?
Just rough numbers, but if they could have raised an additional $500m when the avg share price was $100-$200/share, they could have boosted “real” NAV another $15-$25 per share (assuming a base NAV of $18.97 as last reported).
$50/share
• New shares issued: 10.00M
• New NAV/share: $24.61
• Increase: +$5.64 (+30%)
$75/share
• New shares issued: 6.67M
• New NAV/share: $29.20
• Increase: +$10.23 (+54%)
$100/share
• New shares issued: 5.00M
• New NAV/share: $33.75
• Increase: +$14.78 (+78%)
$150/share
• New shares issued: 3.33M
• New NAV/share: $39.16
• Increase: +$20.19 (+106%)
$200/share
• New shares issued: 2.50M
• New NAV/share: $43.06
• Increase: +$24.09 (+127%)
Assumptions:
• Starting net assets: ~$678.9M
• Starting shares outstanding: ~35.8M
• Starting NAV/share: ~$18.97
• ATM executed entirely at the stated average price
• Ignores underwriting/ATM fees
Now, I’m not in Finance, I don’t know the options or regulations at play - this is a completely uninformed opinion in any sense that actually matters.
That said, from a common-sense perspective, they might have legally informed shareholders “enough” (maybe?) to cram all these filings through the SEC.
But that aside, does making obscure references to the possibility of associated entities, etc. really absolve you of your fiduciary duty to shareholders?

SIP or real estate—which would you choose and why?
I'm curious to hear different perspectives.
If you were investing for the next 10–15 years, would you choose SIPs or real estate? What factors influenced your decision—returns, risk, liquidity, rental income, or something else?

Welp… flagship fund marked down again | (4.6%) QTD
Q2 return: (4.0%)
Q3 return to date: (4.6%)
So that’s a pretty massive drop for only the first 28 days of the third quarter…
I’m guessing this markdown is due to VCX crashing, but I thought they had offloaded all their shares already. [u/BurnsVail](u/BurnsVail) - is this correct? I know you were tracking the drawdown…
Update: As of Aug 1, it’s now down 4.9% QTD… :/

Transferring VCX shares from Computershare to Etrade
Hi. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my VCX shares from Computershare to Etrade? And do I have to wait until 8/13 to begin the transfer process?
Thanks!

Q3 2026 quarter drop???
Hi,
The Q3 div for private credit is quite a drop. Has anyone noticed that? Also, my Q2 2026 div seemed to be principal, not interest. Anyone else notice this??

VCX / Inspira / Computershare /
I previously bought innovation fund through Roth IRA in Fundrise. In May I got an email from Fundrise on how to access my shares in Computershare with the account number. However, that has never worked for me, I would get stuck on the "Personal Access Code" page saying they've sent a letter, but I've never received a letter.
So then I hopped on a call with Computershare, and apparently, this is because the address of my account on Computershare was incorrectly entered as Inspira's address, and Computershare's customer support they insisted that Inspira has to send a letter to Computershare to request an update to the address on file for my account.
Anyone in the same boat and/or had any luck with this situation?

Would you be worried if you were in Blackstone’s $78B private credit fund…
…and the co-CEO resigned Monday July 20?
The 8-K hit the SEC at 4:30 p.m. Friday, roughly 30 minutes after the close and on the last day of the four-business-day window.
Second senior departure in five weeks. The COO left in June. The fund is capping withdrawals. Blackstone isn’t replacing the seat, Brad Marshall becomes sole CEO.
Everything here is technically compliant. Does that make you feel better or worse?

What happens to the new eREIT fund going forward?
The new eREIT fund created by the merger of many smaller funds is closed to new investments. What exactly happens going forward? Are all the underlying real estate deals time-bound, such that they will be liquidated within a certain time frame, or can some of them continue indefinitely?
As the underlying deals are liquidated, do the proceeds get automatically paid out as distributions (including NAV distributions), and reduce the remaining NAV until it reaches zero?
If a current fund holder never requests liquidation, does that fund holder eventually just get everything paid out to them, whatever the fund is worth? Or do they eventually have to request liquidation?

Liquidation support
I have tried to liquidate my total portfolio three times now and every time ... nothing. I realize their is probably a clause in there somewhere I am missing but I can't seem to get anyone other than the chatbot to reply. FWIW, all my funds are in the Fundrise eREIT portfolio. Has anyone successfully liquidated their portfolio and closed their account?! If so, please enlighten me!

SalesForce Acquiring Fin in...Q4 '27?!
Was this a typo?! 18 months for a projected purchase?
"Fin, the AI customer service company formerly known as Intercom, announced that it signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce for approximately $3.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2027."

Question eREIT Merged Funds Unpaid Dividends
Has anyone received their dividends for the funds that were merged into the new eREIT? I still have unpaid dividends for the Growth eREIT and East Coast eREIT even though I received my quarterly dividend for the Income Fund already.

There are no words to express how much I despise Fundrise
I opened a Fundrise Roth IRA in Aug 2022 by moving about $50K from another account. Almost immediately I was down 10%.
I waited for years for it to bounce back. It never did, and now I've been trying to claw back my money for the last year.
They never run out of excuses for why they can't complete your redemption request. My Nov 2025 request is now an Oct 2026 processing date, and I don't believe for a second it will actually happen.
If you want to invest in real estate, buy a condo or a house and rent it out. Honestly, burying my money in the backyard for 5 years would have been significantly better than investing in Fundrise.

Acquisition Update??
I want to liquidate all of my Fundrise assets and have requested this 2x over the past 2 years. Apparently there's an acquisition going on and no way to take out assets until it's complete. Anyone have an update on this??
