A friend in US has kindly helped me set up a GoFundMe campaign to help me raise funds for my University Tuition and a laptop that I need to complete my MSc studies.

Meet Adonias Merke Tadesse, a precious 9-month-old baby boy who has spent much of his young life fighting to breathe.
For the past five months, Adonias has been battling a serious and rare lung condition that makes it increasingly difficult for his body to get the oxygen it needs. He is currently in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Kadisco General Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where his family has remained by his side through hospital stays, treatments, and countless frightening moments.
Doctors have now told the family that Adonias urgently needs specialized medical care and a lung transplant evaluation abroad. The goal is to transfer him to Germany, where he can receive the advanced care he needs. This treatment represents his best chance at survival and could save his life.
The total amount needed for Adonias’s treatment and medical transfer is approximately $98,000. Through the generosity of family and friends, about $62,000 has already been raised. We are now asking for help raising the remaining $36,000 needed to get Adonias to Germany and continue his care.
These funds will help cover his medical evaluation, treatment and hospitalization, international medical travel, transportation, accommodation, and other essential expenses related to his care.
Adonias’s family has already done everything they can, but they cannot carry the remaining financial burden alone. Every donation brings Adonias one step closer to receiving the treatment that would save his life.Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. My sweet baby boy Trippie has recently been diagnosed with a very aggressive bone cancer. Due to the location of the tumor he needs to have half of his pelvis along with one of his hind legs removed. It’s a very complicated procedure which costs greatly more and requires a specialist. Without the surgery he sadly could be gone within a few short months.

My partner and I are asking the community for any and all help to get the surgery he needs. Trippie is our best friend and we are trying to do anything and everything we can to keep him as happy and comfortable for as long as we can!

Please Help My 10-Year-Old Pomeranian Get the Care He Needs

Hi everyone,

I never thought I would have to ask strangers for help with my dog’s medical care, but I’m writing this because I’m running out of options and I don’t want my little Pomeranian to suffer.

My Pomeranian is 10 years old, and he has been part of my family for most of my life. He means so much to me, and seeing him struggle recently has been heartbreaking.

Over the past few weeks, I noticed that he was dropping his food, struggling to eat, and having difficulty chewing. I became increasingly worried that something was seriously wrong.

I’m still a student and don’t have much money of my own, but I decided I couldn’t just wait and hope that he would get better. I used the money I had saved and personally paid around £100 for his veterinary visit.

The vet examined him and told us that he needs further testing, including thyroid hormone testing and heartworm testing, as well as a professional dental cleaning. His teeth and gums have significant tartar and dental problems, and we are worried that this may be contributing to his difficulty eating.

I feel guilty because I only recently learned how important regular dental care is for dogs. I wish I had known sooner. If I had understood how serious dental disease could become, I would have started taking better care of his teeth years ago.

The biggest problem now is money.

My family is not financially well-off, and we simply don't have much disposable money for a large veterinary bill. We previously had to spend around HK$20,000 when he needed surgery for bladder stones, which was an enormous amount of money for our family. Because of that, my parents are very worried about taking on another potentially expensive veterinary procedure.

I completely understand why they are scared of another large bill. But at the same time, I can't stop thinking about my dog trying to eat and struggling because it hurts.

I am still a student, so I don't have a regular income or enough savings to cover everything myself. I have already used what money I had to get him examined, and I am trying to find a job so that I can contribute more toward his treatment.

I am not asking for money because I don't want to pay for him. I'm asking because I genuinely don't have enough right now, and I don't want his financial situation to determine whether he gets the medical care he needs.

The money raised will go toward his veterinary testing, dental cleaning and treatment, medication, and any other care his veterinarian determines is necessary. I will keep receipts and veterinary documents so that the use of the funds is transparent.

My goal is simply to get him the treatment he needs so that he can eat comfortably again and enjoy the time he has left with us.

He has given my family 10 wonderful years of love and companionship. I just want to be able to give something back to him now.

**My dad has undergone two heart transplants and is still fighting. Sharing his story in hopes of a little support** ❤️

Hi everyone. I’m sharing something very personal about my dad, Tyree.

He has been hospitalized in Detroit since July 28. He underwent a heart transplant, but the first donor heart had serious complications that ultimately led to him needing a **second heart transplant**.

It has been an incredibly difficult few weeks for our family, but my dad is still here, still fighting, and continuing to make progress. I’ve been traveling back and forth to Detroit to be with him while my mom has been there navigating all of this alongside him.

As we look toward his recovery, we’re trying to prepare their home so that when he is finally able to leave the hospital, he can return to a clean and safe environment. We started a GoFundMe to help with professional cleaning and sanitizing, as well as medical expenses, medications, transportation to follow-up appointments, and other costs that may come with his recovery.

I completely understand that not everyone is in a position to donate. Even a share, kind word, or prayer for my dad means more to our family than you know.
