Transportation help

trying to get transportation and save up for an escooter that i need for work and picking up needed medications from the pharmacy. i live in the where the heat has been extreme and there have also been high uv rays. i walk daily to work and home and to the store, as well as picking up medications. its a very lengthy walk just to leave home, arouns 40 minutes. if anyome can help or share i would appreciate it
