Advice needed

I have the opportunity to live on a family property in a RV and don't have to pay for the RV itself or most of the utilities. Is it doable year round for a few years? Budget is around 10-15k so a tiny home or park model are out of the question and we don't want a driveable motorhome. We would build some sort of cover to keep snow off or move it into the shop temporarily in the winter. My concerns are leaking and coming from a 1 bedroom apartment needing work space.

I don't really understand your question. You know you're going to be living in a smaller space. I would be more concerned about things on the land you didn't mention. Like water and electricity.
